Wireless

Wireless LAN (WLAN) is fast outstripping traditional copper wired LANs in the enterprise (especially at the client access point), whilst WiFi (public internet access via wireless) has long been ubiquitous in the High Street and public areas such as libraries, airports and hospitality venues.

IP Performance partner with a number of wireless vendors, and have a wealth of expertise in scoping, site surveying and deploying wireless solutions. We have the latest Wifi 6E Access Points and are using Ā Juniper MIST AI Wifi Assurance which has the following key features:

  • Proactive optimization of wireless performance
  • Simple and secure access to resources
  • Dynamic packet capture for troubleshooting
  • Proactive root-cause identification
  • Network automation with APIs

Data is ingested from numerous sources, including Juniper Mist Access Points, Switches, Session Smart Routers, and Firewalls for end-to-end insight into user experiences. These devices work in concert with Mist AI to optimize user experiences from client-to-cloud, including automated event correlation, root cause identification, Self-Driving Networkā„¢ operations, network assurance, proactive anomaly detection, and more.

Juniper also leverages Mist AI for next-generation customer support. It is the foundational element behind Marvis, the industryā€™s first AI-driven Virtual Network Assistant, which provides extensive insight and guidance to IT staff via a natural language conversational interface.

With Mist AI, operators save time and money with faster problem resolution and fewer onsite visits. Users benefit from a network infrastructure that is more predictable, reliable, and measurable.

    Additional services include:

Premium Analytics for network visibility and business intelligence.

Asset Visibility makes it easy to find key assets and people, with detailed location analytics.

Risk Profiling defends your network by understanding risk associated with each connecting device, including IoT, and dynamically enabling the most appropriate access and security policy.

IoT Assurance cloud service streamlines IT operations while securing network connections for headless IoT and BYOD devices.
