Xangati Wins Silver in 2010 Products of the Year Awards
IP Performance are pleased to announce that the newest addition to its server and network management portfolio has won a prestigious accolade at the recent SearchServerVirtualization.com 2010 Products of the Year awards.
Xangati Management Dashboard (XMD) has won the Silver Award in SearchServerVirtualization.com’s 2010 Products of the Year awards program. The XMD was honored in the Virtualisation Management category for its outstanding achievement in innovation, functionality, manageability, performance, value, and ease of integration. The XMD was chosen from a total of 60 submissions overall for the annual virtualisation awards program, presented by the editors of TechTarget’s Data Center and Virtualization Media Group.
Announced this week, winners in the 2010 awards program were selected by a panel of independent judges – including SearchServerVirtualization.com editorial staff and a team of users, industry experts, analysts, and consultants. The product winners also represent the companies that the judges feel are best positioned to provide great virtualisation products in 2011 and beyond.
The XMD is the only performance management solution that gathers data feeds about all IT silos – covering the physical and virtual in the same pane of glass – in order to track the infrastructure’s impact on application and end-user performance. The XMD provides visibility into server, network, storage and end-user devices – enabling administrators to quickly identify and resolve problems through substantially increased performance insights.
The Silver Award is the second win for the XMD since its last release in August 2010. The XMD was previously honored as one of three finalists in the Virtualisation Management category of the Best of VMworld 2010 Awards program at VMworld San Francisco last year, in addition to a number of other industry awards throughout the previous 12 months.
