  • 2 Day Advance Exchange will get you a replacement part within 48 hour hours and we will arrange pick-up of the faulty part at a later time.
  • Repair and Return is an economical solution, which allows you to return your faulty hardware for repair or replacement within 90 days.

Deliverables

  • Logistics and Planning. We analyse your product configurations to determine what’s needed and we take the necessary steps to get your service in place and ready to go when you need us.
  • Advance Exchange. After consulting with an IP Performance engineer, we will promptly deliver the replacement part to your site. We will arrange for pickup of faulty part to save you shipping expenses.
  • Return and Repair. After consultation with an IP Performance engineer, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on where to ship your parts for repair.
  • Duration. Same Day and 2 Day Advance Exchange Services are subject to geographic and certain product restrictions. Repair and Exchange Services are available in annual subscription terms and can even be purchased in multi-year agreements, allowing you to enhance and extend the terms of your basic product warranty.
