IP Performance provides a 24 x 7 x 365 a Remote Network Management Service. It covers both centralized Network Operation Center (NOC) and field operation activities, such as corrective and preventive services, network and site maintenance and spare part management, and also addresses such related support services as Software Release Management and Performance reporting.

Preventative Services

The Preventative Services solution proactively analyzes the health and performance of customer networks, identifies potential issues, and recommends appropriate actions to prevent problems from occurring. With Preventative Services, potential issues are identified and addressed before they snowball into major problems, transforming the traditional reactive, corrective maintenance model to one of planned, proactive prevention. The Preventative Services solution helps to keep networks operating at peak performance day after day, reducing outages, increasing network stability and availability, and helping ensure maximum service uptime.

Network Advance Warning

Monitors a customer's network elements fault data against Quality of Service (QoS) health indices, and provides analysis reports that are used by the customer to identify network elements that may need preventative or corrective maintenance support.

Proactive Network Performance Analysis

Provides the customer with a regular health check report on their network's performance, based on analyzing and providing statistical performance and trend data over a period of time.

Field Preventative Maintenance

Provides dispatched technical support field resources to perform regular, on-site preventative maintenance on a customer's network elements to reduce the risk of operational failures and help ensure equipment is in safe, proper working condition.

Terminals Interoperability Testing

Tests terminal devices (CPE), prior to them being integrated into a customer's network, to help prevent interoperability issues

Engineering Assessment

Identifying any potential problems/issues and providing recommendations for fixes, upgrades and improvements
