Working for Service Providers and business alike, IP Performance has gained the experience needed to integrate a very wide range of different networks. Our planning phase takes into account required applications and projected traffic.
Once we have established exactly how your new network should be managed, we install and commission rapidly, leading to an efficient and tightly controlled test and acceptance phase. You'll see a wide range of previously separate network elements brought together quickly, ready to accept network traffic.
This service is designed to ensure that complex implementations are delivered to meet the customer's expectations. This would involve an on-site planning meeting to tailor hardware and software configurations to the customer's exact needs, and to complete the necessary documentation required for successful implementation.
Installation and Commissioning
For customers without the training or experience, IP Performance engineers can provide installation and commissioning services for all products within IP Performance's portfolio. Our dedicated team are highly skilled and, just as importantly, have hands-on product experience. Whether it be the installation, configuration or management of your chosen product solution, IP Performance can help, resulting in a faster, trouble-free deployment.
IP Performance can work in a number of ways to meet our customers' training requirements: we can organise direct accredited Vendor training (in our, our Distributor's or Vendor's training centre), or provide tailored training (in our training centre, or at the customer's premises) which focuses on the customer's deployment. What we find popular is when after a solution/product has been deployed, we spend an extra day or two providing hands-on training on how to manage and maintain the solution. The key for IP Performance is to understand your requirements and any limitations - for example staff availability - that you may have, and working together to deliver the knowledge transfer.
With a market that continues to develop and change at an increasingly rapid rate, IP Performance recognises the challenges faced by our customers. We therefore provide an extensive range of consultancy services to aid the smooth implementation of customer focused solutions, as well as vendor specific consultancy, which is designed to ensure that specific products are performing optimally and that configurations truly reflect the required environment.

IP Performance offers its customers a range of reporting and analysis services. Service Level Agreements require regular reports detailing activities and the statistics associated with SLA conformance. For example, reports may detail the time a case was opened or closed, a description of the problem and the resolution. The trends over a period of time can be reported and analysed.
IP Performance provides a 24 x 7 x 365 a Remote Network Management Service. It covers both centralized Network Operation Center (NOC) and field operation activities, such as corrective and preventive services, network and site maintenance and spare part management, and also addresses such related support services as Software Release Management and Performance reporting.
The Preventative Services solution proactively analyzes the health and performance of customer networks, identifies potential issues, and recommends appropriate actions to prevent problems from occurring. With Preventative Services, potential issues are identified and addressed before they snowball into major problems, transforming the traditional reactive, corrective maintenance model to one of planned, proactive prevention. The Preventative Services solution helps to keep networks operating at peak performance day after day, reducing outages, increasing network stability and availability, and helping ensure maximum service uptime.
Network Advance Warning
