What we find popular is when after a solution/product has been deployed, we spend an extra day or two providing hands-on training on how to manage and maintain the solution. Monitors a customer's network elements fault data against Quality of Service (QoS) health indices, and provides analysis reports that are used by the customer to identify network elements that may need preventative or corrective maintenance support.
