IP Performance Compete in Endurance Race at Telecoms Industry Go Karting Night at Team Sport Karting in Bristol
Back in mid-January, IP-Performance fielded 2 karts in the "Telecoms Industry Go Karting Night" at Team Sport Karting in Bristol.
IP Performance were represented by Nigel Morgan, Philippe Roels, Andy Foukes, Steve Bellingham and Dan Hunt from the technical support and engineering teams, while Matt Dadd was the sole driver upholding the honour of the sales side!
Following the 15-minute qualifying heats, a gruelling 90-minute endurance ensued, involving yellow flags, red-flagging, engine stalls, pile-ups (all Hunt), a notorious black-flagging (Dadd), and a "falling out of the back of the kart and injuring his back" (Foukes), before respectable finish times and placings, if not outright victory!
Both IP Performance teams had a great time and are keen to hit the track again for a rematch, or even an all-IP Performance battle!
