High Performance Enterprise MIMO - Bluesocket's BlueSecure enterprise-class MIMO AP (Model 1700) integrates a sophisticated six-antenna array that combines multiple signal paths to provide significantly better (up to 30%) in-building 802.11 a/b/g wireless coverage and performance today while providing a path for 802.11n compatibility.
802.11n Access Point - Furthering Bluesocket's technology leadership position, the 802.11n draft 2.0 compliant BSAP-1800 is the only enterprise Access Point in the market with 2nd generation MIMO antenna technology.
The BSAP-1800 includes two 11n-based dual bands radios, a custom embedded antenna array with options for external antenas and GigE port to support 2 x 150Mbps streams to deliver market leading coverage and throughput. The BSAP-1800 will also support the 802.11af power standard with a single-port Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) solution.
Outdoor Access Points
The Bluesocket outdoor wireless utilizes 802.11a to support a point-to-point or point-to-multipoint building-to-building bridge function, while simultaneously using 802.11b/g to support wireless connection for outdoor user access. The outdoor AP is designed with a rugged weatherproof housing, a durable mounting bracket, and includes weatherproof Ethernet and console cables and a PoE power inserter.
